Terms & Conditions for 22bt

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using any part of the 22bt platform — including but not limited to the sportsbook, live casino, slots, arcade games, promotional offers, payment services, and customer support channels — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the 22bt platform, whether accessing via a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other electronic device. 22bt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any portion of these terms at any time. Where material changes are made, reasonable notice will be provided. Your continued use of 22bt after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

22bt may also publish additional rules, guidelines, and policies relating to specific products or features on the platform. Those supplementary rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions and carry equal binding effect. In the event of any conflict between supplementary rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the supplementary rules expressly state otherwise.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the 22bt platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age as of the date of registration and remain so throughout your use of the platform.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law applicable to you.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, employee, or representative of any commercial organisation.
• You have not previously had an account terminated or suspended by 22bt for breach of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable policy.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement or responsible gaming restriction that would prohibit you from accessing gambling services.
• You are of sound mind and are not suffering from any addiction or compulsive gambling disorder that would make use of the platform harmful to you.

Age Verification

22bt takes its obligations regarding underage gambling seriously. We employ automated and manual screening processes to verify the age and identity of players. When a player's age or identity cannot be satisfactorily confirmed through automated means, we reserve the right to request supporting documentation including, but not limited to, a government-issued national identity card, passport, or driving licence. All winnings earned by a player who is found to be under 18 years of age will be forfeited, and the account will be immediately closed. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the original payment source after deducting any bonuses claimed.

Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 22bt platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them. 3. Account Registration and Security

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 22bt account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, nor permit any third party to access or use your account. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. 22bt will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your login credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify 22bt immediately by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving such a notification, 22bt may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

22bt operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in line with industry best practices for player identity verification and fraud prevention. KYC verification is required before processing your first withdrawal request. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh
• Passport (bio-data page)
• Proof of address — utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last 90 days
• Proof of payment method — a screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account used for deposits

22bt reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where there is reasonable cause to verify your identity, age, or source of funds. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

22bt supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the payment methods listed below. All balances displayed on the 22bt platform are denominated in Taka. No currency conversion fees are applied by 22bt, though your payment provider may apply their own fees independently of 22bt.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 22bt account within 60 seconds in the majority of cases.
• Bank transfer deposits may take between 30 minutes and 4 hours depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.
• 22bt does not charge any fee on deposits. Payment provider fees, if any, are the responsibility of the player.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in account suspension.
• 22bt reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits on individual accounts for responsible gaming or fraud-prevention purposes.

Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 15 to 60 minutes for fully verified accounts under normal operating conditions.
• Withdrawals to bank accounts are processed within 1 to 24 hours, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the 22bt account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed.
• 22bt reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily delay processing. Players will be notified if a withdrawal is held for review.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 22bt platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category — sportsbook, live casino, slots, and arcade games. These product-specific rules are published in the relevant section of the platform and are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.

Sportsbook Rules

• All sports bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change until the bet is formally accepted and confirmed by the system.
• In the event of an event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, 22bt will apply the settlement rules applicable to that sport and market. Generally, bets on events abandoned before their natural conclusion will be voided and stakes returned.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of live data feeds. 22bt reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time where data integrity cannot be guaranteed.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per player per day. These limits are displayed in the platform's betting rules section.
• 22bt does not accept bets placed in connection with match-fixing, insider information, or any form of cheating. Any such activity will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Casino and Slots Rules

• All casino games and slot titles available on 22bt use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game results are independent, unbiased, and cannot be predicted or influenced.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within the game interface before play begins.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, the outcome of that round may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. 22bt is not liable for losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
• Casino game providers — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — are responsible for the integrity of their respective game titles. Their independent certification covers fairness and RNG compliance.

Bet Cancellation and Amendments

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 22bt system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player. It is the player's responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. In the event of an obvious error in odds (a manifest error), 22bt reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

22bt offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to the individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. Where any conflict exists between specific promotional terms and this section, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are credited in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Standard wagering requirements for deposit bonuses are between 20x and 40x the bonus amount, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.
• 22bt reserves the right to limit the games that contribute to wagering requirements. Live casino games and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly is prohibited.

• Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including through arbitrage betting, exploiting promotional conditions, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to convert bonus funds — will have bonuses revoked and may have their account reviewed for closure.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 22bt platform. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may have their account immediately suspended or permanently closed, with any associated balances forfeited where such conduct constitutes fraud or a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

• Underage gambling: Attempting to register or use the platform while under 18 years of age.
• Identity fraud: Providing false personal information during registration, KYC, or any other verification process.
• Multiple accounts: Opening more than one account on the platform for any reason.
• Third-party account use: Using another person's account, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotions, wagering requirements, or cashback offers through systematic or dishonest means.
• Collusion and cheating: Coordinating with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Match-fixing: Placing bets based on prior knowledge of fixed or manipulated sporting outcomes.
• Money laundering: Using the 22bt platform to process, disguise, or transfer funds of unlawful origin.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or interact with the platform without express prior written approval from 22bt.
• Chargebacks: Initiating illegitimate payment disputes or chargebacks against 22bt deposits.
• Threatening or abusive behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, offensive, or harassing language toward 22bt staff or other players via any communication channel.

22bt cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and relevant regulatory bodies in Bangladesh and internationally where prohibited conduct may constitute a criminal offence. We reserve the right to report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the player involved.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

22bt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any of the following reasons, among others:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable supplementary rules or policies
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement
• Evidence of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 above
• Regulatory or legal requirements applicable to the platform or the player's jurisdiction
• Player request — including voluntary self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 22bt account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid closure request, 22bt will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money balances to the player's registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is having a negative impact on their wellbeing may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be deactivated and marketing communications will be ceased. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 22bt's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the platform, or any service provided by 22bt shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 22bt is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
